A leading lawyer with almost twenty years experience, Mr. Banori is the founder of the organization. He is the born activist and has been helping poor and deserving people throughout his professional life. The establishment of SHARP in 1998 was recognized at all levels because of his active contribution and long time personal efforts for the promotion of human rights. The Ex-General Secretary of Kohat Bar Association and Vice President Islamabad Bar Association Mr. Banori is also Chief Editor of The Al-Qanoon, the first ever legal magazine in Pakistan.

She is a dadicated social worker and an active member of the organization. Graduate from Behria College she is student of Computer Sciences. She is elected as Vice Chairperson of SHARP in the year 2007.

Mr. Mohammad Arif Khan, a lawyer by profession is an active member of SHARP. He is voluntarily looking after Free Legal Aid Center established by SHARP in the District Courts Islamabad. He is the Joint Secretary of the organization.
